2021 Convention FAQs

What precautions are being taken to make this a safe event?

We’ll be following all required COVID-19 safety protocols to ensure you have a safe and enjoyable time.

Can I transfer my ticket to another person?

Yes. Ticket transfers are available until August 31, 2021. Please contact [email protected] to process your transfer.

Can a guest attend the event with me?

Guests are absolutely welcome and encouraged. All guests and attendees must register for the event.

Do I need to print my ticket?

Yes. Please bring a printout of your registration to facilitate check-in at the event.

Can I get a refund on my registration?

Please contact [email protected] to request a refund.

Do I need to be a New U Life distributor to attend the 2021 Global Convention?

No. Prospective Distributors and Guests are welcome to purchase a ticket and attend the event.

Are meals included in the event ticket?

Meals are not covered unless otherwise specified on the agenda.

Can onsite registrants pay with cash?

No. If the event is not sold out and onsite registration is available, a credit card is required to register onsite.

When will I receive the registration product credit?

The product credit will be added to accounts (who registered and attended) within two weeks following the event. You must have a distributor or customer ID in order to receive the product credit.
